Steven Mannion speaks to Academy
On March 25, 2009, DeCotiis partner Steven C. Mannion, Esq. taught a seminar at the Essex County Police Academy regarding agency and individual liability related to the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004, 18 USC 926B, 926C. The seminar was attended by current and retired law enforcement officers from the Port Authority of NY & NJ, Waterfront Commission of NY Harbor, U.S. Coast Guard Investigative Service, U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Clifton Police Department, South Orange Police Department, Jersey City Police Department, Fairfield Police Department, and Caldwell Police Department.
