DeCotiis News

It is with a sense of pride that we announce that our partner and friend, Wayne Hasenbalg, will be leaving the firm to serve in Governor Chris Christie's Administration as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Planning. While we are happy for Wayne, his departure from the firm is bittersweet -- his talents, experience and good humor will be sorely missed.

Wayne returns to state government where he served previously as Assistant to the Chief Counsel of the Governor of New Jersey in the Thomas Kean administration, as well as Chief of Staff for Attorney General of New Jersey, Cary Edwards.

During his time with the firm, Wayne assumed a leadership role in our regulatory affairs practice, often working on complicated large scale capital projects for both public and private clients.

Please join DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin in congratulating Wayne and wishing him the best of luck in his new position. We know he will serve the new Governor with distinction and become an invaluable asset to his administration.
