DeCotiis

Alice Penna is an associate in the firm's Teaneck office. She joined DeCotiis in 2004 and is a member of our Litigation Practice Group.

Ms. Penna represents commercial, governmental, and individual clients in all aspects of civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level, in both state and Federal Court.  Her cases frequently involve complex contract, fraud, tort, employment, land use, environmental, and commercial matters.  Ms.  Penna has handled civil rights discrimination defense, as well as commercial landlord tenant litigation on behalf of public entities.  Ms. Penna also has been involved in healthcare and labor and employment litigation.

Ms. Penna is a 1999 cum laude graduate of Siena College, where she received her B.A. She was awarded her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002.
