His practice includes the representation of both public and private sector clients. Recent matters have included representation of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority in the acquisition of property for a major widening project, and the developer of a proposed 240-unit apartment building in Hoboken.
Mr. Arnone specializes in real estate, redevelopment, and banking. In the area of real estate and land use, Mr. Arnone represents buyers, sellers, owners and developers. He has experience negotiating and closing the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped properties as well as assisting clients with financing. In addition, he has represented commercial lending institutions with regards to commercial lending, real estate, corporate financings, and creditors’ rights.
Mr. Arnone received both his B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He is a New Jersey native.
