Mr. Zwillenberg focuses his work on the representation of private clients and governmental entities in public procurement and contracting, municipal law and litigation. He has counseled government officials and litigated matters on behalf of numerous government entities before both state and federal courts. As such, he is thoroughly familiar with the substantive and procedural requirements facing municipal and county agencies. Mr. Zwillenberg also maintains a practice in election and campaign finance law, counseling and representing candidates, political parties, and government officials in court and administrative proceedings arising out of campaigns and contested elections.
Mr. Zwillenberg is a graduate of Tufts University, where he received his B.A., cum laude, in 2001. He received his J.D. in 2004, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Zwillenberg interned for Superior Court Judge Harriet Farber Klein, in Essex County. He was also president of the Jewish Law Students Association, and served as a student prosecutor with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s office in Quincy Massachusetts.
