Mr. Attwood’s practice primarily involves civil litigation, representing both private and public entity clients. Mr. Attwood has handled employment and civil rights discrimination defense on behalf of public entities. His experience also includes the defense of governmental enforcement actions and commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
Mr. Attwood is a graduate of the State University of New York’s College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where he received his B.S. cum laude in 1999. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, also cum laude, in 2002, where he was an editor at the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal. He is the author of Article III Standing is Available to Citizen Group Seeking to Enforce Provision of the Clean Water Act Through Citizen Suit Provision, 11 Seton Hall Const. L.J. 795 (2001), an analysis of the US Supreme Court decision in Friends of the Earth v. Laidlaw Environmental Services, Inc., 120 S. Ct. 693, 528 U.S. 167 (2000).
