Mr. Ash assists clients in all aspects of working with local governments. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in real estate tax appeals. Through these practice groups, Mr. Ash has been active in all aspects of civil litigation for both public and private clients. More generally, Mr. Ash assists the firm with various large scale projects including the New Jersey Turnpike Interchange 6-9 widening project, as well as the NJ Transit ARC Tunnel project.
Mr. Ash is a 2004 graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a B.A. degree. He was awarded his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Camden in 2007. In law school, he was the recipient of the Governor’s Executive Fellowship at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, which placed him in Governor John Corzine’s Policy Office for a semester. He is a New Jersey native and lifetime resident.
