Mr. Ash’s areas of practice include Redevelopment Law, Real Estate, Land Use and Project Development and Municipal Law. He provides representation to local planning boards and regional municipal bodies, and redevelopment in both the public and private sectors, including redevelopment projects for Linden, East Brunswick, Rahway and Somerville. Additionally, Mr. Ash works with other firm members as General Counsel to the Rahway Parking Authority.
Representative Cases:
Represented a developer in the acquisition of an assemblage of industrial properties.
Represented a redevelopment agency in the negotiation of a redevelopment agreement of a mixed-use hotel/condo project.
Represented a parking authority in the development of a parking facility with mixed-use component.
Mr. Ash was awarded his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2001 and his J.D. from The New England School of Law in 2004. He is a New Jersey native and lifetime resident.
