Prior to joining DeCotiis, Randall Watts practiced at a boutique office, then at a mid-size firm specializing in Medical Malpractice defense for several years. At DeCotiis, he continues to concentrate in Medical Malpractice as well as other areas of Health Care law.
Mr. Watts is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. While in school, he was a Victim Advisor with the Domestic Violence Clinic, offering advice and guidance to victims of domestic violence going through the legal process. He also successfully completed a summer internship at the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office while pursuing his law degree. Upon graduating, Mr. Watts served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Roger F. Mahon, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hunterdon County, Criminal and Probate Parts.
Before practicing law, Mr. Watts graduated from the University of Richmond, majoring in both Classical Civilization and History while minoring in Economics and Spanish. When he is not representing his clients, Mr. Watts serves as a Trustee to the Waterview at Hanover Board of Trustees. He enjoys playing golf, hockey and soccer.
Mr. Watts was honored with being recognized as a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017 and again in 2018 in the field of Medical Malpractice.
