Mr. Migliorelli concentrates his practice in the area of real estate and land use, representing buyers, sellers, owners and developers. He has experience negotiating and closing the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped properties, assisting clients with financing needs, developer assignments and other expert contracts. Mr. Migiorelli also represents lenders in both secured and unsecured financing transactions involving asset-based and cash flow matters, and loan workouts and restructurings.
A great deal of Mr. Migliorelli’s practice is also dedicated to large-scale public projects, where his work has included property acquisition, environmental remediation, expert coordination, public procurement and construction monitoring.
Mr. Migliorelli received his B.S. in Political Science from Fordham University in 1995. He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Italian Law Society. He is a New Jersey native.
