Anthony J. Arnone is a partner at DeCotiis. He joined the firm in 2001 and is a member of the Real Estate practice group.
His practice includes the representation of both public and private sector clients. Recent matters have included representation of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority in the acquisition of property for a major widening project, the developer of a proposed 240-unit apartment building in Hoboken, he represents the largest FQHC in Northern New Jersey and a national developer for a proposed commercial office space in Hoboken.
Mr. Arnone specializes in real estate, redevelopment, and banking. In the area of real estate and land use, Mr. Arnone represents buyers, sellers, owners and developers. He has experience negotiating with private sector and public sector officials and closing the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped properties as well as assisting clients with financing. In addition, he has represented commercial lending institutions with regards to commercial lending, real estate, corporate financings, and creditors' rights. In addition, Mr. Arnone serves as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Palisades Interstate Parkway Court and has previously served as a Municipal Prosecutor in the Borough of Alpine, Township of Edison, and the City of Rahway. In addition, he serves as General Counsel to the Guttenberg Housing Authority.
Mr. Arnone received both his B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He is a New Jersey native.
