Darren Levin



Darren Levin is an associate at DeCotiis. He is a member of the firm's Litigation, Labor and Employment Groups. Mr. Levin's practice focuses on litigation, ERISA and benefit related administrative and regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining DeCotiis, Mr. Levin worked for a midsize firm where he gained valuable litigation and administrative law experience in workers' compensation defense matters, including drafting memoranda and appeals to administrative law judges on behalf of insurance carrier and employer clients.

Mr. Levin is a graduate of the University of Washington where he received his B.A. in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business and B.A. in International Studies from the Jackson School of International Studies.  He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.  During his time at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Levin provided counsel to cooperative board clients in connection with real estate related matters through the school's Corporate and Real Estate Clinic.
