Prior to joining DeCotiis, Michael DiFazio II practiced at a boutique firm concentrating on municipal law and civil practice. Mr. DiFazio has successfully represented private clients in Municipal and Superior Courts. He also has experience working on municipal land use applications for public sector clients. At DeCotiis, he focuses in Municipal litigation as well as Labor and Employment law.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. DiFazio served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip J. Maenza, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Family Part. While completing undergraduate studies, Mr. DiFazio clerked in the Legal Department at the Passaic Valley Water Commission assisting the General Counsel in litigation and land use matters.
Mr. DiFazio serves as an active member and fundraiser to Welcome Home Vets of New Jersey, a nonprofit organization that assists the assimilation of military veterans back into civilian life.
