Mallory E. Garvin is an Associate at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP, where she is a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Prior to joining DeCotiis, Ms. Garvin was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Office of the Bergen County Prosecutor.

Ms. Garvin received her B.A. from Purdue University in Social Studies Education. Upon graduating from Purdue in 2008, Ms. Garvin started her career as a social studies teacher and, in 2013, she graduated from Columbia University’s Teachers College with an M.A. in Social Studies Education. In 2019, Ms. Garvin entered the part-time program at Seton Hall University School of Law, continuing to teach while attending law school on the weekends and at night.

Ms. Garvin currently serves on the Executive Board of Tomorrows Children’s Fund.
