Alessandro R. Di Stefano, Esq. is a Partner at DeCotiis. He joined DeCotiis in 2024 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Alessandro is a certified civil trial lawyer and a seasoned litigator with over 13 years of practice experience relating to commercial litigation, consumer fraud defense, community associations and professional malpractice, with a particular concentration on trial advocacy. Alessandro has tried cases in various courts and administrative tribunals throughout New Jersey becoming certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Alessandro has also litigated cases arising under the state Tort Claim, Civil Rights and Conscientious Employee Protection acts and the Law Against Discrimination and §1983.

Alessandro also has a degree in music performance and education from Berklee College of Music in Boston, plays jazz guitar and speaks fluent Italian.
