Biography

Pablo M. Kim is a Partner at DeCotiis, and he is a member of the Land Use, Redevelopment, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Valuation, Tax Appeal, Corporate & Business Transactions, Municipal Law and Estate Planning practice groups.

Mr. Kim is a New Jersey and New York licensed attorney with extensive experience in real estate, valuation, tax appeal, estate planning and transactional matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kim served as Special Counsel at Barclay Damon LLP, where he represented major property owners and developers in eminent domain matters and handled complex property tax appeals, valuation analyses, and commercial real estate documents. He also served as a partner at Heinze Law, P.A., where he managed tax appeal matters for a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, REITs, landlords, and residential property owners.

His background also includes service with the United States Army National Guard, which contributed to the disciplined and thoughtful approach he brings to his practice. He is known for his practical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate complex real estate issues effectively.

Mr. Kim earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Newark and his Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from Rutgers University.
