DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP uses Orion ePay® to securely process online credit card payments for invoices and retainer/trust agreements. Clients may pay invoices or replenish retainer/trust accounts according to their fee agreements. Please review this page for important information regarding online payments.
Orion ePay® provides a secure and reliable platform for law firm billing. To make a payment, please agree to the policy below. After agreeing, you can select the type of payment (invoice or retainer/trust) and will be redirected to Orion ePay® to complete your transaction.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Bank (ACH) payments. Please note: a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments.

Privacy Policy Overview
DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP is sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of our most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of these obligations, the firm has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
- Acquisition Of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
- Our Employees and Privacy. We train our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
- Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
- Disclosure To Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or to the extent necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
For New and Existing Clients
Existing clients may use this online payment portal to replenish retainer and trust accounts as directed by their attorney. You can also use the button above to make an additional payment of more than the current invoice balance due.
New clients may make their initial retainer/trust deposit payments using the button above. Upon direction of a DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP attorney and only after receipt/execution of a Contract for Legal Services, new clients may make their initial retainer/trust payments by using the link above.
For Existing Clients
Existing clients can pay invoices online using the button above. Payment will be applied to the balance due on an invoice you have received. If you are making an additional payment (a retainer/trust deposit), of more than the current invoice balance due, please use the retainer/trust deposit link in the column on the right. By clicking the button above, you will be redirected to Orion ePay for secure processing of your payment. Please be prepared to enter your invoice number or client name, account information, and credit card information on the next screen.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The submission of a retainer/trust deposit to our trust account absent execution of a Contract for Legal Services with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of a Contract for Legal Services, signed by an authorized attorney at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP.
