Anthony Cecchini is an Associate at DeCotiis, and he is a member of the Litigation, Corporate & Business Transactions, Labor & Employment and Tax Law practice groups.

Mr. Cecchini earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2024. During his time at Hofstra, he served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and was recognized as a Business Law Honors Fellow and a Columbian Lawyers Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with minors in Business and International Studies, from St. John’s University. Mr. Cecchini is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cecchini was a Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP. In this capacity, he conducted in-depth legal research to support complex tax controversy matters and advised clients on state income, franchise, and indirect tax laws. He also served as a Law Clerk for a civil litigation firm.

Before his legal career, Mr. Cecchini spent several years in the financial and insurance sectors, holding positions at Prudential Financial and Geico.
