Tiffany M. Onyeze is an Associate at DeCotiis and a member of the Labor & Employment, Municipal Law, and Litigation practice groups.

Prior to joining DeCotiis, Ms. Onyeze worked at a boutique law firm in New Jersey where she gained experience in labor and employment, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation.

Ms. Onyeze graduated cum laude from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey - New Brunswick, earning a B.A. in Psychology and Economics. She went on to receive her J.D. from Penn State Law, where she earned Certificates in Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation and Intellectual Property, Technology and Privacy Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

While in law school, Ms. Onyeze acquired a range of in-house experience during her fellowships at PepsiCo Inc., MedPro Systems, and the Penn State Office of Ethics and Compliance. There, she established a strong foundation in Regulatory Compliance, advising clients on matters regarding higher education, healthcare transparency and gift bans, and data privacy. She also earned a CALI Award in Intellectual Property.
