On June 21, in volume 37 issue 24, Westlaw Journal Environmental published commentary from DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin partner Michael J. Ash providing a comprehensive overview of recent decisions examining litigation in Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions in which property owners challenged the power of a regulated utility company to use eminent domain to acquire easements for pipeline projects.
