PUBLIC FINANCE ATTORNEY
Our office seeks an attorney with at least 5 years’ experience to join our Public Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal law and public finance transactions including analysis of tax issues relating to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as amended) and other transactional experience relating to, among other things the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, the County and Municipal Utility Authorities Law and the County Improvement Authorities Law. Responsibilities will include analyzing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, resolutions and other documents, as well as conducting research and memorandum to clients on an as needed basis.

LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY
Our office seeks a highly skilled and experienced attorney with at least 3 years’ experience to join our Labor and Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in both public and private sector labor and employment law in New Jersey and New York, multi-employer plan benefits, as well as employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling contract interpretation and disciplinary grievances, mediations, and arbitrations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling representation claims, unfair labor practice charges, and jurisdictional disputes before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), appearing and representing clients before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), the Office of Collection Bargaining (OCB), the Office of Administrative Law (OAL), and state Departments of Labor, advising clients on union elections, organizing campaigns, handbilling, picket lines, and internal union governance, advising clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations, representing clients in federal and state court litigation, drafting employment policies, procedures and agreements, and defending union clients in their capacity as employers against employment related claims and law suits.
The successful candidate must be a member of the New Jersey bar; New York admission is a plus. The successful candidate must have strong research, writing, speaking and analytical skills, and be a practical thinker with the ability to interact well with clients and other professionals and to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
